@kev I was so hyped when I saw you moved to Micro.blog! Im glad you’re liking it over here. It took me a while to get used to actually saying something to someone if I liked their post, rather than just giving them a little gold star lol. I’m curious about the Framework laptops, too. I’ve been using an old Surface Go 2 with Debian for about four years now. My next laptop will likely be a Framework or System76.
@writingslowly yeah that’s my biggest turnoff with things like this. Not just the fact that anyone can be recording you from their giant Facebook glasses without you knowing, but that the glasses are tracking everything the person wearing them is doing and seeing. Phones already collect way too much data.
