I’m lucky in the relationship department. We rarely ever fight and when we do, we might avoid each other for the rest of the day or maybe a couple days if it’s a particularly bad argument but we always approach it in a diplomatic way once we’ve both gathered our bearings. We work through it and come out of the other side understanding each other a little better than before when it’s all said and done.

There’s no secret to it other than working as a team and making an effort to listen and understand each other.

Today I swear almost every couple I’ve talked to at work have been miserable together. Constantly arguing under their breath and then putting on their best customer service voice to talk to me when they have questions about something.

Makes me appreciate my own love life a little more. Life is too short to be in a bad relationship.
